They are a church and through their support they live out their purpose of changed people, changing communities. Khuluma partners with the church and a representative of the church serves on the Board.

NACOSA:
NACOSA is a Networking HIV,AIDS Community of South Africa who is a principal recipient of the Global Fund funding and manages grants to various organisations. Khuluma receives funding for part of the Thuthuzela Care Centre in Mamelodi where counsellors attend to survivors of rape by rendering counselling services and issuing of comfort packs.
